Unfortunately, because a small number of individuals have taken advantage of this distribution, we must clarify our policy to ensure fairness and accuracy for everyone. All orders are intentionally packaged in sealed bags so that customers can easily verify the contents before opening them. This allows any discrepancies—such as missing items, damaged products, or incorrect quantities—to be clearly documented with detailed photos or videos before the seal is broken.

To maintain quality control and protect both our customers and our business, we can only investigate and resolve issues when detailed photo evidence is provided before the packaging has been opened. Once the bag is opened, we are unable to verify the condition or contents at the time of delivery, and therefore cannot address claims submitted afterward.

These terms and conditions govern all users of Synthera Labs LLC and the www.syntheralabs.com website. Acceptance of these terms is required before any purchase can be completed.

The products offered by Synthera Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research use. By purchasing any of these materials, the customer acknowledges that risks are associated with the handling, distribution, or misuse of such products. These chemicals are NOT intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any other inappropriate or unauthorized applications.

The inclusion of any material on this website does not constitute a license permitting its use in violation of any patent. All products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. All customers represent and warrant that, through their own review and study, they are fully aware of and knowledgeable about the following:

• Applicable government regulations concerning the use of and exposure to all products.

• Health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased.

• The necessity of adequately warning all individuals of the health and safety hazards associated with such products.

Products supplied by Synthera Labs are intended solely for laboratory research and, unless explicitly stated, are not to be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to:

• In vitro diagnostic purposes

• Use in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics

• Use on humans or animals

• Commercial or therapeutic applications

The purchaser agrees that products have not been sterilized or tested by Synthera Labs for safety or efficacy in any food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or commercial context.

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Synthera Labs LLC that they will properly test, use, manufacture, and/or market any products purchased from www.syntheralab.com in accordance with the practices of a qualified professional, experienced in the field and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The purchaser further warrants that any materials produced using these products shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and shall not violate Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act. The purchaser acknowledges that, because Synthera Labs’ products are intended for research use only, they may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory list. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products purchased are approved for their intended use under TSCA where relevant.

The purchaser is responsible for verifying hazards and conducting any further research necessary to understand the risks involved in using the products purchased from www.syntheralabs.com. No product sold by Synthera Labs shall be considered a food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic unless explicitly stated. All products and services are for RESEARCH USE ONLY. Under NO circumstances may these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Synthera Labs LLC and www.syntheralabs.com are not liable for damages arising from negligence, abuse, or unforeseen misuse.

As consideration for the sale of products—which would not otherwise be provided—the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Synthera Labs LLC harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the handling or use of purchased products.

All users of www.syntheralab.com must understand that any communication suggesting intention to use these products outside their intended research purposes will result in an immediate refusal of sale. All associated information will be placed into an internal “banned” database used to screen future orders. Misuse of Synthera Labs products or services will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Synthera Labs assumes that all researchers purchasing from us are familiar with the products being ordered. We do not provide instructions, recommendations, or guidance regarding reconstitution or application of research products. Any inquiry requesting such information will be met with a refusal. Customers must familiarize themselves with all research materials prior to purchase.

The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility that justifies the purchase and use of products sold by Synthera Labs for research purposes only. Any individual purchasing without such affiliation is committing a fraudulent act and may be held liable.

Synthera Labs reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on the information provided, including verifying affiliations. Additional verification may be required before order fulfillment.

Because this site serves international clients, customers are responsible for understanding all requirements in their own region. This includes, but is not limited to, VAT or import taxes, certifications, licenses, and any other regulatory requirements necessary for compliance in their respective country.
