Quality & Third Party Testing

Janoshik Analytical performs independent third-party analytical testing of research peptides using laboratory techniques primarily focused on purity, identity, and—in applicable tests—quantity/content. For peptide analysis, their testing can use HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) to separate the target peptide from impurities and determine the percentage of the sample represented by the primary peptide peak, while mass spectrometry/LC-MS is used to verify the compound’s molecular mass and therefore help confirm that the material matches the intended peptide. Janoshik offers compound-specific testing as well as additional analyses, such as contamination screening, sterility, and heavy-metal testing depending on the product and test package. The resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) provides the analytical results for the submitted sample, including the measured purity and identity-related findings, allowing the results to be independently reviewed rather than relying solely on a manufacturer’s internal testing. It is important to note that HPLC purity and mass confirmation demonstrate chemical identity/purity but do not automatically establish sterility or suitability for human use; those require separate testing.
